Salcombe Heights, Salcombe

Scheme of 13 detached houses on the outskirts of Salcombe, overlooking the estuary. Working with BBH Chartered Architects alongside the other project specialists to produce the overall landscape design, specification of hard and soft landscaping, and a 10 year landscape management plan. Contemporary architecture combined with traditional materials set within a quiet street scene of shrubs and small trees, surrounded by existing hedgerows and trees that were maintained and complemented with additional native trees and hedge planting.

Built in phases completed from 2012 to 2014. Photographed in May 2022.
